This velvet jacket is hand block printed with natural dye in Ajrak style by the Khatri community of western India. This particular color uses madder, turmeric & pomegranate rinds  primarily for colour. This jacket has a slightly boxy silhouette making it an easy wear. It has been quilted by hand in house at the Moonj workshop in Jaipur. There are 3 different Ajrak prints featured on this jacket along with cotton Ajrak hand block-printed details and trims as well. It comes with pockets and a front yolk with a hand embroidered tonal whipping stitch along the edge.

At Tokree, a lot of love and work goes into making each piece and we ensure that we create premium quality products that go through the most stringent quality checks before dispatch. Unevenness in colour, texture of fabric or print is not a fault but a natural characteristic of any work done by human hands, be it print, embroidery or weaves. Please be mindful of this before placing an order. 

We are happy to provide an exchange for size only. Any purchase may be exchanged due to sizing issues as long as it is unwashed, unworn and unused. We reserve the right to not exchange an item even for size or damage if it has been washed / worn / used. Final decision to accept an item for return or exchange lies with Tokree.

Dupattas and free size items are not eligible for exchange. Custom made pieces are noteligible for exchange.

Any cost incurred towards the exchange process (eg return courier) will be borne by the customer.

In case you would like to exchange your garment due to incorrect size, please email us at contact@tokreeshop.com 

Do give us 24 hours to get back to you. Someone from our team will revert back to you and help facilitate the return.
Refunds - +

Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

-If you have been charged extra or there has been a double charge on your card during payment processing.

-If there has been an unprecedented delay in dispatch and delivery of the order

-If the product received is damaged

-If the order is incorrect – that is, the size or style ordered is different from the one received by you

It would take up to one month to process refunds for international orders and 15 days for domestic orders. All refunds will be sent back to the original mode of payment only. 

Note- If you are allowing order cancellation until dispatch, then how can we say refunds will be processed only in the above circumstances
